TAMPA – Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik met the media at Fan Fest and addressed questions about getting the season started, what he did during the playoffs last season and how Hurricane Irma impacted the Water Street project along with the charitable donations provided by the team to hurricane victims.
