Trade deadline day and game day collide for Tampa Bay

TAMPA, Fla. – Trade deadline day around the NHL can be a stressful time for the players in the locker room.

When deadline day also happens to be a game day, it can make for an interesting afternoon around the rink as players and coaches try to keep everything as normal as possible.

That’s how the Lightning are handling this before facing the Carolina Hurricanes at 7 p.m. tonight.
