TAMPA, Fla. – Throughout his career Marty St. Louis was defined in many ways.

From his size, his tenacity, his professionalism, his work ethic and his on-ice presence.

Through it all, St. Louis proved to be all of that and more when it came to his 17-year career that spanned three franchises. But he made his mark while donning the No. 26 with the Tampa Bay Lightning, proving to be the heart-and-soul of the franchise during his time in Tampa.

This is where he grew up as a player. This is where he became an MVP. This is where he became a household name in NHL circles all around North America.

As his number rises to the rafters in a pregame ceremony before facing the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday (6:30 p.m., Fox Sports Sun, 970-AM) here are 26 numbers that defined the career of Marty St. Louis.
