Terms and Conditions
Membership Plans, Purchase & Usage:
- When you purchase any membership plan through our official “Lightning Insider” site, you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the membership details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us and ask to re-send the purchased membership confirmation email.
- You can use your membership plan at any time.
- You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to your profile. If you require any assistance with upgrading, changing, cancelling or modifying your membership plan, please contact us.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any lightninginsider.com premium content. You are not authorized to share, embed or copy any content from www.lightninginsider.com without consent by the owner. All original articles, video, audio, commentary and other resources are property of Erik Erlendsson, Lightning Insider and www.lightninginsider.com.
Lightning Insider Refund Policy:
We will only refund your purchase if:
- Our membership plan does not work as described.
- Our premium content or premium items fail to load or becomes unresponsive (expires 7 days after initial purchase of membership plan).
Lightning Insider rights of refusal:
- The membership confirmation is sent to you automatically by our subscription system and you logged in to view premium content. Your request will be denied on claims of “I purchased a membership plan but was unable to login” as your login information is catalogued using time/date code by our content manager. If you experience issues during your login session, please contact us and ask us to re-send your membership details and login information.
- You are responsible for reading the membership plan details and descriptions before purchasing. If there are any items or features that may be unclear to you, feel free to contact us via email or drop us a line through our online contact form. Once you have decided to purchase a membership plan, you agree to all terms and conditions, privacy policies and features of the specific membership plan purchased. We have the right to refuse any refund request once you have agreed to the terms of usage. Your credit card will be charged monthly OR yearly depending on the membership plan you purchased. If you need further assistance, have questions about your plan details or billing please contact us. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “Lightning Insider“.
- You experience an issue and abandon the membership plan prior to asking for service or support.
- You choose not to use your membership plan.
- You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software, browser compatibility, internet failure, outdated system requirements, WI-FI connection issues or other unknown computer issues.
Support:
- We provide support for all of our “Insiders”. To get support you can contact us via email or use our online contact us form.
- We strive to provide quality on-time support to our “Insiders” within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response with-in 24 hours please drop us one more email to ensure we received it.
- Please note we don’t have the responsibility to modify our membership plans to meet your own needs.
Upgrades:
If you purchased a monthly membership plan and would like to transfer it to a yearly plan, cancel your monthly payments, cancel your membership plan OR you purchased a monthly plan thinking you wanted the yearly plan please contact us via email or by dropping us a line through our online contact us form for further assistance.
